| Professional Experience:
David has been a litigation lawyer since admission. His practice has been a general practice, historically focusing on criminal law, anti discrimination and personal injury matters but over time David has worked extensively in commercial litigation particular in the areas of construction law and contractual disputes. David also provides commercial legal advice to his business clients with respect to all aspects of their business operations to assist in avoiding disputes.
David also has, by reason of his involvement in the local sport scene had extensive exposure to domestic tribunals and the operations of Incorporated Associations. David has been sought out by both public and private bodies to provide advices in respect of Administrative law issues.
